Currently, group training is offered for groups of acquaintances of up to 6 people. This makes it possible to share the hourly rate. The core training is primarily based on HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training, which involves short bursts of high-intensity exercises), but the training is also adapted to the needs of the group. For example, if someone has back pain, exercises are adjusted accordingly. Everyone receives individual guidance and advice to get the most out of the training.
